We guarantee the quality and individuality of all our products. As a result of the handcrafted bespoke nature of our products, many items will vary slightly in color and/or size.

Returns are accepted within 10 days of the date that you received your order, on items that are unworn, unaltered and in new condition with all tags attached.

Please allow up to 2 weeks for us to receive your return and process your request.

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment for the cost of the product plus taxes (in accordance with state laws).

Shipping charges are nonrefundable. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.


Damaged or defective items should be reported to us within 10 business days of receipt of the package. Do not ship damaged products back to us unless requested to do so. A refund will be issued to your account or you will be shipped replacement item(s) as soon as possible.


While we try to be as accurate as possible, but if any items are missing from your order then please contact us within 10 business days of receipt of the package to be issued a credit or to be shipped correct item(s).


Merchandise exchanges will be handled as a return and reorder. Please follow the steps listed under returns and then log back onto our website to purchase items under a new transaction.

To cancel an order, please contact us. If your order has not shipped, we will make every effort to accommodate your request. Please note that if the order has shipped, we cannot authorize a cancellation. In this case, please follow the steps above under Returns.
